Counting the human cost
Most companies do their homework before they decide to invest. It is a risk, but one calculated on a good chance of economic gain. However, if the same cost / benefit analysis were applied to the human and environmental side of the decision, the benefits would not look so rosy. Here we look at the hidden costs of one Western corporation's investment in the Third World.
