Here is a 'meal' made up of the six ingredients
featured in this magazine - maize/corn, sugar,
soybeans, rice, bananas and cocoa.

There are maize/corn snacks to begin with and drinks (which all use sugar),
followed by soya bean dishes accompanied by rice in various guises and desserts
made with bananas and cocoa (chocolate).

White or dark rum, a touch of sugar and plenty of fresh lime juice

SOY MILK FROM EAST ASIA
Full of protein, and very refreshing
