Try to pilot your peacekeepers through the hazardous maze
of city streets
full of snipers and booby traps to successful reform of the UN Security Council.
YOUR BRIEF
At present the Security Council has 15 members. Five of these - the US, Britain,
France, Russia and China - have permanent membership and hold a veto. All other
nations rotate, serving two-year terms. You must decide whether and how this
system should change. But careful: you're reforming rather than abolishing the
Council, so think about what is possible, not what is ideal.
