I like this picture because it leaves one wondering whether the ball went in or not. It's filled with suspense - the only person who has the answer to the question is the photographer. Unlike a professional basketball player, this aspiring player displays his skills in a rather humorous posture as he attempts to score. The ball is homemade from wrapped-up plastic and old newspapers. I am a freelance photographer based in Zimbabwe. My work has been exhibited in Mali, the Netherlands, Germany and South Africa.
